EUGENE, Ore. --- Sheldon High School Quarterback Jordan Johnson signed a National Letter of Intent to play football for the University of Montana Wednesday, following through with his verbal committment.
Johnson led the Irish to the 6A Oregon state championship this past season, having completed 75% of his passes for 3,508 yards and 46 touchdowns. He also rushed for 1,084 yards and 20 touchdowns, on his way to state offensive player of the year honors.
Johnson will play for Montana Head Coach Robin Pflugrad. Pflugrad is a former Oregon assistant. 2010 will be his first year as Montana's head coach.
