EUGENE, Ore. -- The excitement is building for Saturday night's big game between the Oregon Ducks (#10) and the USC Trojans (#5) at Autzen Stadium. Though not an official conference championship game, many feel the winner of this game could very well go on to win the Pac-10 Championship.
Oregon has won six games in a row since losing their season opener at Boise State in September, and currently holds the top spot in the Pac-10 at 4-0 in conference play.
The Trojan defense has come into question as of late, as USC has given up sizeable yardage and points to both Notre Dame and Oregon State, a pair of unranked opponents.
USC's lone loss came at the hands of the Washington Huskies, while their starting quarterback, true freshman Matt Barkley, was on the sidelines. Barkley was recently quoted as saying playing at Autzen "won't be that big a deal," citing his experience playing at Ohio State and Notre Dame.
Kickoff for Saturday's big game is at 5:00 right here on KEZI 9 News.
