Las Vegas, Nev.--Oregon State kicker Justin Kahut got a chance at redemption, while his team may have had a bit of luck in the gambling capital of the world on Saturday night. Kahut converted a 33-yard field goal with seven seconds left to give the Beavers a 23-21 victory over UNLV.

On the team's game-winning drive, the Beavers (2-0) were backed up to their own 15-yard line and faced a third-and-26 with just over a minute left. Beavers quarterback Sean Clausen threw a pass down the left side but was hit by defensive back Terrance Lee. His pass to receiver Damola Adeniji landed about 10 yards short.
