EUGENE, Ore. -- A downtown Eugene nonprofit dance studio is still in jeopardy. The city and other business owners are working to keep the doors open, even as the Tango Center fights to stay at its current location off West Broadway. The building's owner says the group owes back rent. Now, the city has stepped in to help the two sides come to an agreement.
