Eugene Police detectives have released  a composite sketch of the suspect in the December 31 rape of a 12 year old girl at Alton Baker Park. The suspect is described as a male with dark skin, 16 to 20 years old, 5''7", medium build, ear length black curly hair pulled up on top, wispy mustache and goatee, possible heart tatoo on upper left arm. He was last seen wearing black nylon jacket with fur-lined hood, blue Southpole shirt,and black Southpole pants. The suspect was accompanied by an 8 to 10 year old, blonde haired boy. The boy's first name may be David. The suspect used the ruse of playing "Hide and go Seek" to lure the victim into bushes where he violently raped.
