University Of Oregon Set To Upgrade Campus Physical Plant

Eugene, Ore. --  Officials say the project will boost the capacity of the campus utility system while shrinking the school's carbon footprint.  The first part of the project, obstruction of a new chiller plant, is expected to begin this month and should be completed in about a year.
