Recipe-
-Keep it light. Stick with lighter-bodied wines, so you won't obscure the flavors of the food with an overpowering & overly alcoholic heavy wine.
-Drink what you like! If you like red, drink red--gamay, beaujolais, pinot noir. If you like white, stick with white--gewurtztraminer is a classic thanksgiving wine. If you like rose, even better--it goes with everything, whether it's bubbly or still.
-Bubbles help you digest.... so champagne, whether rose or classic brut, is fabulous.
