JUNCTION CITY, Ore. -- Some Junction City residents are fighting their developer who they say refuses to install their neighborhood mailbox. That means, homeowners have to pick up their mail from the post office every day.

US Postal Service documents state it is the responsibility of the developer and/or builder to provide the necessary mail and receptacle equipment when building any new homes, and the USPS has notified their developer that he has to install mail boxes on Quince Street by this Friday the 24th.
