Last Visible Piece of the New Carissa Disappears from Coast

COOS BAY, Ore. -- The New Carissa's skeleton is officially off of Oregon sand. Now all that's left for salvage crews is the removal of some stray pieces of steel on the ocean floor. They anticipate that will take them through mid-October.
