    Shots Fired in Cottage Grove

    Multiple agencies are investigating an officer-involved shooting in Cottage Grove. Cottage Grove Police, Oregon State Police, Lane County Sheriff's Office, Eugene Police and the district attorney were some of the agencies on the scene around Quincy Avenue and Highway 99 Saturday night.

    A woman found dead on Wednesday, east of Corvallis has been identified. Linn County deputies say 28-year-old Katherine Davidson most recently lived in the Albany area. Her body was found near the Willamette River, north of Highway 34.
