Coburg, Ore---
Several homeowners along Coburg Bottom Loop Road are without water Monday, and others say they are close to running out.
Homeowners say the City of Coburg is responsible for draining a nearby aquifer, and leaving their wells empty. They say the City of Coburg is wasting their water, nearly 20 million gallons of it that cannot be accounted for.
OSU Faculty Faces Furlough Days
The number of furlough days will range from 3 to 12 days, depending on their salaries and the length of their contracts.
