Oregon's foster care system is under a lot of strain. Between budget restraints, employee burnout and the devastating impact of meth, our state's foster care system is overwhelmed. Starting the week of Jan. 31, KEZI 9 News launches an on-going campaign focusing on some of the issues facing Lane County's foster children.
