    The Eugene Airport is getting ready for construction. The terminal building is undergoing a major expansion project to accommodate the increase in passengers. The $16.8 million project will add close to 13,000 square feet, plus existing space will be renovated.

    The first wave of people who had contact with Texas Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan are out of isolation and symptom-free. The group reached the 21-day incubation period at midnight. Texas officials announced 43 people can resume normal life. Another five will be cleared soon.
