    Officer Injured During Vehicle Pursuit

    A Springfield Police Officer was reportedly injured Friday night during a vehicle pursuit turned foot chase. Just after 10 p.m. Friday, a Springfield Officer attempted to pull over a driver he believed was intoxicated on the 2900 block of Main Street.

    A woman found dead on Wednesday, east of Corvallis has been identified. Linn County deputies say 28-year-old Katherine Davidson most recently lived in the Albany area. Her body was found near the Willamette River, north of Highway 34.
