    There's a great opportunity at the Springfield Library to help your child build reading confidence. Next week, children will start reading to Forman, a 2-year-old Shiba. He's a therapy dog. Children and their families are encouraged to sign up to read to him.

    Eugene police are asking for the public's help to find a man who allegedly robbed a Little Caesars Pizza in south Eugene. Police say Little Caesars Pizza, located at 1711 Willamette Street, was robbed on Monday, Dec. 15. They say the suspect had a handgun and fled with cash.

    In Albany, a woman will spend more than three years in prison for threatening to blow up Albany elementary schools. Jenelle Robyn Pinkston, 47, admitted she called in two bomb threats to Waverly and Periwinkle elementary schools last year.
