    As the Oregon Ducks prepare for Thursday night's football game, businesses near Autzen Stadium are working on their game plan for traffic. Businesses say they plan to stay open their normal hours, but they'll sell parking spaces to any fans looking to get close to the stadium.

    A state board conditionally released Cheryl Kidd to Pendleton Cottage, a secure residential treatment facility, at a review hearing Wednesday. Members of the Oregon Psychiatric Security Review Board decided to move Kidd from the Oregon State Hospital to another facility.

    The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the first patient to be diagnosed with Ebola in the U.S. is being treated in Dallas, Texas. The CDC says the patient flew to the U.S. from the West African nation of Liberia on Sept. 19 and began to have symptoms 'four or five days later.'
