    Plans for a Hyatt Hotel in downtown Corvallis have fallen through - but potentially not forever. The developers of the property on the corner of Southwest First Street and Adams Avenue sold the land earlier this week.

    Weed residents are about to get a first-hand look at the damage done to their community. At 10 a.m. they will be let back in to their neighborhoods for the first time since the Boles Fire broke out. The Boles Fire is holding at 479 acres, and so far crews have managed 85 percent containment.
