    How does a 9 percent pay raise sound? That's exactly what's coming to Oregon State University's president. The OSU Board of Trustees approved a raise for President Ed Ray on Friday. Right now he makes just over $485,000 a year. His raise will bump that up to more than $528,000 a year.
