Corvallis Men Arrested for OSU Thefts

CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Two Corvallis men are behind bars after police say they stole a pick-up truck and $4,000 worth of equipment from Oregon State University.

 

Police arrested Jonathan Appelt and Robert Griffin on December 29th after investigators were able to trace the stolen property back to them.

 

Police say the duo stole the items on December 20th. Most of the equipment and the truck have been recovered. Appelt and Griffin are being held at the Linn County Jail on burglary charges.
