Coast Guard Rescues Injured Hunter Near Coquille

Near COQUILLE, Ore. -- A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter crew rescued a man Wednesday after being injured while hunting near Coquille.

 

The man had injured his leg while hunting at Burnt Mountain near Coquille.

 

An HH-65 helicopter crew from North Bend flew him to Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay for treatment.
