"Stuff the Bus" Event Underway in Eugene

EUGENE, Ore. -- Lane County resident have the chance to make the holidays brighter for some needy children in Western Oregon by helping the 13th annual "Stuff the Bus" event.

 

At participating Bi-Marts, you can donate food, toys and hygiene items until Saturday. KDUK, Toys for Tots and Food for Lane County are just some of the agencies participating in the event, which began Friday morning.

 

Last year, "Stuff the Bus" collected 7,000 pounds of food, and organizers hope to top that.

 

Here's a list of which Bi-Marts the Bus will stop at Saturday. You can also catch some KDUK personalities at these locations:

 

8am - 1pm: CHINO & the MHP at the Royal Bi-Mart

 

2pm - 6pm: ROBO & GEMINEYE at the Thurston Bi-Mart
