Toys for Tots Kicks Off to Help Children in Need

EUGENE, Ore. -- Members of the U.S. Marine Corps and local police and fire agencies went shopping Thursday all to support kids in need.

 

They kicked off the National Toys for Tots campaign at the Eugene Toys R Us Thursday. Each year, the group works to give thousands of toys to children in need worldwide.

 

The toys purchased this Thursday will be distributed in the Eugene area December 12-13.
