How Small Businesses Can Survive 2010

EUGENE, Ore. -- Local businesses are working with Lane Community College to help avoid the pitfalls that came as a result of a poor economy in 2009.

 

LCC's Business Development Center consulted with 600 businesses last year on ways to make improvements.  LCC's Small Business Management Instructor Gary Smith spoke with KEZI 9 on how businesses can improve their bottom line in 2010 and how they can retain customers in the midst of the poor economy.
