Phillies Scout Sensation in Corvallis

CORVALLIS, Ore. ---Three thousand miles away, the World Series continued Monday night in Philadelphia for game 5. That's something most people in western Oregon probably do not have much interest in during college football season.

 

That is unless you go to Corvallis and the home of Bill Harper. That's because Bill is much more than just a fan of the Phillies.
