Corvallis Police Search for Jewelry Robbery Suspects

By Jeff Skrzypek

CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Investigators say the men who robbed a Corvallis jewelry store earlier this week are still on the loose.

Police say six men stormed into the store, demanding everything under the counter. Two of the men were armed with guns and told the employees at the store to get down on the floor or else they would be shot. Investigators say they escaped with more than $10,000 worth of jewelry.

Officials say this crime might be related to other similar robberies that occurred earlier this month in both Medford and Woodburn.
