Beavs Want Big Dance

By Steve Andress

CORVALLIS, Ore. -- The talk from the Beavers' men's basketball team at media day centered around the hopes and dreams of making the NCAA Tournament this year.

Some might say that's a pretty steep goal, considering Oregon State didn't win a single game in conference two years ago but not after the impact Head Coach Craig Robinson had in his first season in Corvallis.

An 18-18 record with 7 Pac-10 wins, plus the College Basketball Invitational championship equals a team hungry to take the next step and make it to the Big Dance.
