Unemployment Office Getting Back on Track

EUGENE, Ore. -- The Unemployment Claims System is un-jamming the backlog of calls caused by Sunday's 12-hour network failure. People calling in their claims today say they had a much easier time getting a hold of a real person. The Office is urging people to file their claims online if they find that it takes too long to talk to an operator.
