Springfield Celebrates Revitalization Efforts with an Open House Downtown

Springfield, Ore. -- Springfield city leaders are hosting an open house in downtown to prove their town is about much more than the negative headlines.

 

City leaders say they're celebrating the city's downtown and the revitalization efforts going on in the area.

 

The event spans from 7th and Main to 5th and Main and then around the corner to the library.  It's all free and ends at 7 pm Wednesday.
