EUGENE, Ore.-- Emergency crews from Eugene and Springfield practiced their pediatric trauma system with high-fidelity mannequins on Wednesday.
The mannequins have a heart beat and pulse and can blink their eyes and breathe.
Hospital staff and emergency crews say it's great to have the real-life practice on almost-real-life victims.
