Roseburg, Ore. -- The new Nichols Band Shell has arrived from Canada and has been put up once again at Stewart Park.  The half shell was destroyed by fierce thunderstorms in early June, but organizers say the new half shell is even better than the old one.  It'll make its big debut at the hometown 4th of July celebration, which kicks off with an F-15 flyover Saturday afternoon at 2:25.  Entertainment begins at 6:20 and fireworks start at 9:55.
