Riddle, Ore.- Dale Hill the main suspect in the kidnapping and murder of Stephanie Condon will soon be headed back to Oregon. Hill had delayed extradition since his arrest back in march. But Wednesday, in a major turn of events, Hill finally waived his extradition in front of a Nevada judge.

We're told Hill signed a waiver of extradition, but that is not an admission of guilt. The waiver does allow Oregon authorities to step in, and bring Hill back to Oregon, for a trial. Hill is officially charged with three counts of aggravated murder, one count of murder and one count of aggravated kidnapping.
