Eugene, Ore--If you are looking for some affordable housing St. Vincent De Paul is opening their rental waiting list today. The list will remain open until July 14th. Saint Vinnie's operates more than 800 rental units in the Lane County area. There typically is a 6 to 8 month wait to get into their housing programs.
