INGREDIENTS
6 egg yolks
1 cup . superfine sugar
1.5 cup Marsala
Put the yolks, sugar and Marsala in a bain marie.
Beat the mixture for few minutes.
Put over low heat and constantly beat until it is velvety and smooth.
Cool completely and put in wineglasses swirled with fresh berries.
Garnish with a perfect berry and mint leaves.
