Acetaminophen Recall

The Perrigo company is recalling 11 million bottles of over-the-counter, store-brand acetaminophen caplets.  Traces of metal were found in some of the products.  The F.D.A. says the possibility of serious health problems is small.  But if someone were to swallow one of the pills, they might suffer stomach discomfort, and possibly, cuts to the mouth or throat.  The bottles were sold at stores including Wal-Mart and Safeway.  For a complete list, log on to: http://www.fda.gov/oc/po/firmrecalls/perrigo/perrigobatchlist.html
