

Recipe
1/2c Vegetable oil
1/2c Malt vinegar
1/4c Water
2T Fresh Parsley chopped
3 large cloves garlic
1t Cayene Pepper
1t Salt
11/2t Fresh Oregano leaves chopped
1/2t Freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a tight lid, let stand for 24 hours at room temp.
Then marinade skirts or 4-6 hours.
