Kids in Crisis: The Parent Test

EUGENE, Ore. -- Two-year-old Timothy may not realize what kind of an impact his foster parents had on him quite yet. But without his foster mom Sharon, the toddler might have less to smile about.

Sharon took him in when he was born, after he tested positive for marjuana. In his nine months with her, Sharon gave Timothy tools to help him the rest of his life. That's why DHS wants to find more potential foster parents like Sharon.
