BANDON, Ore. -- Record cranberry prices are helping boost Oregon's south coast economy. Some cranberry farmers are getting as much as $150 dollars a barrel this year. Some of the reasons farmers give for the boost are an increase in popularity and advertising about the health benefits of cranberries.
