ASHLAND, Ore. - Many spring breakers are heading north to Mt. Ashland to take in spring-like weather on the slopes.
After a slow start, the mountain says its between 20 and 25 percent ahead of revenue this year compared to the same time last year. The base depth is currently 74 inches, and 111 at the summit.
Because of the weather, Mt. Ashland will run on its regular schedule until March 28th. In April, it will only be open Fridays through Sundays. It will close around mid-April.
