EUGENE, Ore. -- After many protests and debate, the controversial Pacifica Forum is moving off the main UO campus.

The forum will now meet at the Baker Downtown Center.

The group caused controversy for inviting speakers with views considered racist, anti-semitic or pro-Nazi.

Some students have expressed concern about their personal safety as a result of forum speakers' comments. But free-speech advocates have said forum speakers should be allowed to have their say on a public college campus.
