EUGENE, Ore. -- A Eugene man is behind bars facing multiple charges of child pornography. Internet service provider America Online first alerted the Oregon Attorney General's Office last month that multiple images of child porn had been uploaded to the computer of Corydon Wesley Sceva, 23.
Sceva allegedly sent those images to another location with his personal email address. More than a half dozen images were found to clearly depict children engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Authorities used Sceva's email address to get to his MySpace.com account, which led to his personal information including his home address. That's where investigators served a search warrant Tuesday and took Sceva into custody.
Authorities say of the images of child pornography discovered, three of the children shown were identified as victims from other law enforcement agencies. Sceva now faces 14 counts of encouraging child sex abuse. He is being held at the Lane County Jail and is set to appear in court on Thursday.
