DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. -- Alleged murderer Brian Brush remains in the Pacific County Jail in Washington, awaiting his mental evaluation.  Prosecutors have to wait until there is room in the mental hospital so that Brush can be evaluated to see if he's fit to stand trial.  Until then, it is unknown how long before Brush is formally charged.  The owner of North River Boats was arrested in September after allegedly shooting his ex-girlfriend to death in Long Beach, Washington.
