PACIFIC CITY, Ore. -- Police have arrested Erin Reiman, who they say is a suspect in the July disappearance and death of Albany fisherman John Adkins.  The Pacific City man was a Adkins' business partner.  Both Reiman and Adkins went out on a fishing vessel from Garibaldi on the 4th of July weekend, but Adkins was never seen again.  His body has still not been found.  Reiman is charged with murder and theft.
