EUGENE, Ore. -- The story about the homeless man who said he was purposely lit on fire has ignited discussions in the homeless community.
Folks are wondering if a string of attacks against the homeless community is evidence that they are targets of crimes.
43-year-old James P. Lemmon was walking near High and Broadway streets when he claims he was purposely set on fire. Lemmon suffered burns on his hands, arms and face.
