EUGENE, Ore. -- Tuesday, October 6, is the last chance to speak up about a proposed 4.5% electric rate increase. Eugene Water and Electric Board Commissioners will hold its final public hearing at 6:30 Tuesday at the EWEB North Building. If approved, customers can expect to see the change on their November bills.
