Springfield, Ore.--Springfield Police say the victim of a rape on Sunday found that help from a stranger was hard to come by. Police say after fighting off her attacker, the 19-year-old victim ran for help. Yet one person she encountered wouldn't allow her to use their cell phone to call for help.
