Walterville, Ore.--Two enormous trucks rolled into Walterville today carrrying machinery that will upgrade steam and air conditioning systems at the University of Oregon. The electrical switching equipment will be delivered to the school at about 3 AM Sunday. A total of 14 intersections will be closed as they make their way through town.
