Eugene, Ore. -- A convicted sex offender is back behind bars this morning and faces sex abuse and stalking charges. 39-year-old Robert Lee Scarbrough faces six counts of sex abuse, delivering marijuana to a minor and a felony violation of a court stalking order. Police say he was also threatening a 17-year-old victim, her family, and a family friend.

Police found him after searching the Whiteaker neighborhood and around west 13th and Garfield in Eugene and asking the public for help to find him. Scarbrough is being held at the Lane County Jail on $360,000 bail and will be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
