TANGENT, Ore.-- Linn County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating the shooting deaths of two Tangent dogs as their owner wonders who would hurt such innocent pets.

The animals were playing in the yard with their owner when the two pets wondered off.  Minutes later, the owner says only one returned, bloodied from a .22 caliber bullet.
