Eugene, Ore.-- It's a 10-million-dollar civil suit all over allegations that she was raped and sexually assaulted. Nate Jaqua, a South Eugene High School grad, who currently plays for the Seattle Sounders soccer team faces allegations that he sexually assaulted a Eugene woman two years ago. Friday his family spoke out in his defense.
