Winston, Ore. -- Winston's iconic "green bridge" will soon get a makeover, as the Department of Transportation has plans to make some major repairs.  ODOT says the green bridge is one of three bridges near Roseburg that are currently deficient and require repair.  They'll increase the vertical clearance and replace the bearing pads under the Winston bridge, and completely rebuild another bridge on McLain Avenue near the Douglas County landfill.  ODOT will also repair the deck of the Portland Avenue I-5 overpass near the fairgrounds entrance.
